To contact Neptune, call 416-23-METER (416-236-3837). Our call centre is open from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m, closed on Sunday. Or just fill out the form below and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

If you wish to speak to someone at the City of Toronto, please call 311 or 416-338-1616 (monitored phone line), or email at us at meter@toronto.ca. Be sure to include details about your concern, as well as your name, full address and daytime contact number.

Installations take 30 to 90 minutes.
Someone 18 years or older must be present.
